MERGER ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce that after a successful two year affiliation between Stevens Travel Management and the Tzell Travel Group, a full merger has now been completed. It is very exciting to announce that effective January 1^st, 2008, Stevens Travel Management will officially become Tzell Travel Group.

Ranked as the 4^th largest Travel Management Company by Business Travel News (2007), Tzell has been providing travel management for over 41 years and currently has 30 locations in North America, staffing over 750 employees and sales in excess of $700 million. Our first international office will open in London in the first quarter 2008.


		Known in the industry as a leader in technology with a strong focus on customer service and cost-savings, Tzell is constantly at the forefront of travel management. You may have noticed in the past few months a number of our systems have already been integrated into the Tzell suite of products. This merger will continue to present many new and exciting opportunities for you, our valued client. Be assured that the transition will continue to be seamless.
